With over 20 years of dedicated professional real estate experience, Liza Evans knows exactly how to make the buying and selling process a positive experience for everyone involved. She is an expert negotiator, extremely patient, and committed to helping her clients every step of the way.

Liza has been happily married for more than 20 years, has 3 children ages ranging from 16 – 26, 4 playful fur babies (Zak, Milo, Lily and Chance) and a feathered friend – Kiwi, an African Grey parrot.  Liza enjoys traveling, playing games and spending time with her friends and family.

Liza is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and Oklahoma and co-owner of Clear Source Realty. Along with her longevity in this field, she also earned a degree in Business Administration, which greatly expanded her sales and marketing skills. In addition, Liza has completed countless real estate certifications that helped her gain impeccable knowledge of the buying, selling, leasing, and relocating processes.
